DMCA Policy
Genafio respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its platform to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("DMCA Policy") describes how Genafio responds to claims of copyright infringement and how rights holders may submit a valid takedown notice.
This policy applies to all content hosted, displayed, or made accessible through the genafio.pro platform and related services.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through our service infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notification to our designated copyright agent. To be considered valid under applicable law, your notification must include all of the following elements:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, including the full URL where the material appears.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
Notifications of claimed copyright infringement must be submitted to our designated agent using the contact details below. Notices submitted through other channels may not receive a timely response.

3. Our Response to Valid Notices
Upon receipt of a complete and valid infringement notification, Genafio will act expeditiously to:
- Review the submitted notice for completeness and legal sufficiency.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if the notice meets the required criteria.
- Notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed or disabled.

We reserve the right to decline to act on notifications that are incomplete, clearly erroneous, or submitted in bad faith.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.

- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where your address is located, or if your address is outside the relevant jurisdiction, any judicial district in which Genafio may be found.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within the applicable statutory period, the removed material may be restored or access to it re-enabled at our discretion.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Genafio maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. In appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of third-party copyrights. A repeat infringer is any user who has been the subject of more than one valid takedown notice that was not successfully countered.
We also reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who submit abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith takedown notices or counter-notifications.
6. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that knowingly submitting a materially false claim of copyright infringement, or a false counter-notification, may expose you to civil liability, including damages, attorneys' fees, and costs. Before submitting any notice, ensure that you are the rightful copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf, and that you have a genuine good faith belief that the identified use is not authorized.
7. Modifications to This Policy
Genafio reserves the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
